I would give more stars if I could! As an owner of a fleet of Sprinters (gomoterra.com) I interact regularly with Mercedes service centers throughout the west. Specifically, Michael and Randy in the service center deserve a call out for going way above and beyond at the end of the day on a Friday and were able to get our renters back up and running. It's refreshing to deal with a team that is so focused on customer satisfaction. I can't thank you all enough! I sincerely look forward to working with you again in the future.

I have to drive between 45-60 min to your dealership so when I was told it was going to take 2-3 hours for my B service I do not want to hear, when I arrive, that it is going to take the whole day. I understand that you cannot have a shuttle to Beaumont where I live. So when this is a routine service I certainly hope that you can keep the promised time. As you know, you do not have fabulous entertainment in your waitingroom (joke)

I was immediately greeted by name when I arrived. The service advisor took extra time in understanding my needs and concerns and made extra effort in resolving them. The service was amazing, treated like family.

We had a 11-year-old Mercedes SUV GL450 broken down in Yucca Valley on an extreme hot day in June. No auto repair shops in 20 miles radius would help us to fix it. Thankfully Mercedes nationwide roadside assistance service helped us and towed our SUV to Mercedes of Palm Springs dealership for free 35 miles away!
The service department spent several days to pinpoint the faulty parts which caused the breakdown. They fixed it. They are very honest and the repair expanses were quite reasonable.
