Charlie purchased Polar Systems in 1993 following a successful twenty-two year career in sales, marketing, and general management with the IBM Corporation. He held the positions of Regional Manager for the Northwest and General Manager for the Oregon Trading Area. Charlie strives to grow the company in order to continue to provide an ever increasing number of technical solutions to our clients.

IT and Customer Service all in one place seems rare. We have outsourced our IT needs to Polar Systems. In the early days it was a lot of communication between their team and ours while we all learned the ropes, but truly the level of commitment and customer service has been far beyond our expectations. Two years later we are more than happy we made the switch and it is nice to know that Polar Systems is part of our team!

Polar Systems recently helped us with our Office 365 migration. They were very professional and knowledgeable throughout the project, and also very patient with us when we introduced some scheduling delays. They set clear expectations and were very transparent with billing. Overall a very good experience.

The professionalism and knowledge that was brought to this project was very much appreciated. The communication from the leads to myself was very much appreciated. I have dealt with 4-5 server upgrades through the years and this last one was the closest to seamless as it can get. This was greatly appreciated. This team is highly recommended!
