I was traveling and lost the front left tire, brakes. Caliper, 4 wheel drive axle, and bearings. Through a local contact in Junction City I was referred to T.O. Has Tire & Auto.
The staff were extremely friendly and competent. They fixed my truck quickly and for a fair price.

I was on my way to a football game (Saturday AM) when my low tire light came one. I was traveling on 1-70 heading east. I stopped at T.O. Haas Tire in Junction City. I explained that I was from out of town and had this low tire issue. She found a technician to check my tires. He aired up the front passenger tire and advised me to watch it. I thanked the technician but I left quickly so I could get to the football game at Rock Creek. I made it to the game on time. I kept checking my tire pressure until I could get home and get it checked out on Monday. I really appreciated that they stopped what

I was traveling from Georgia back to my home in Colorado, when my car died in Junction City. With another 528 miles to go, the feeling of being stranded was daunting…I called all around around, but all garages were backed up 2-3weeks. T.O. Highly recommend. My family and I were just beginning a long RV trip across the country when we blew a tire just outside junction city. We just walked in and asked if they could help us get back on the road quickly .... And they did. They were so friendly as well as quick. We are so thankful for their response to our challenge.

The quickest oil change i've ever had!!! not kidding i was in and out of there in under 40 minutes which is so convenient.
the guys there are all so nice and really helpful too which for me is great for someone who doesn't know anything about cars and feels intimidated going to auto shops!
only downfall is that my oil change is much pricer than one's i've received in the past so i was kind of bummed about that. especially since other t.o haas locations charge less.

Worst customer service. Niece took car in to 48th street location to have tire repaired after AAA replaced with spare. When asked to put it on in replacement of the spare they gave her a hard time. How can a business expect to have a good referral or sell them products in the future with such lousy customer service.

I have been using various car repair locations the past several years but now go to this location exclusively for light vehicle maintenance/tires.
Your service needs are listened to. If further service is needed after they check out your vehicle, it will be presented to you; but not forced on you with some high pressure sales pitch.
At some point, you must trust someones expertise in their field to take care of you. I trust these guys.
They will do this with a friendly attitude and fair price. Look no further, this place is it.

I would never take your car here to be serviced by this business. I broke down in Omaha on my way home and took my Ford Escape in to T.O. Haas to see if they could get me back on the road. They serviced my car with a new rear catalytic converter and advised me that if I did not get the engine coils and two front cats looked at soon I would run into more trouble. OK, will do. After being guaranteed multiple times that I would make it home, I broke down again no more than 2 hours after leaving the shop with the same problem. This particular TO Haas location at 50th and @Lst. In Omaha is great and is now my go to tire shop and I've lived in this city my entire life. They beat the price of most others in the area and the service was above and beyond. From the owner to the guys doing the work, all were kind and courteous and you leave knowing they care about you and your vehicle. Thanks to all the staff.

I chose this place to have a couple tires replaced after a flat tire emergency and drove away impressed. The staff was extremely friendly, honest and didn't try to oversell me.
The only downside to my visit that I can point to was that they had to order the tires from a warehouse and I had to come back after a few hours, but that wasn't their fault - you can't expect a tire shop to keep every tire model in stock.
After one visit, this place definitely gained my trust. I would recommend TO Haas to anybody in the area needing tire service. I'm sure they're just as top

This place is awesome. Friendly owner/staff and the kind of shop that harkens back to the days when people really took care of their customers and were all about quality of service instead of quantity.
I source of all my tire-related services from this T.O. Haas, and I feel confident that they'd do a great job at any of their other offerings as well. This location is also currently remodeling... can't wait to see the final result!
