In April of 2020 Marc and his crew from Fence Services came to our property and installed vinyl fencing. Everything seemed fine at first and we thought the fence was great until 5 months later when the tropical storm came through and we found that 3 posts were never concreted in place or were poorly concreted in. A whole fence panel fell apart and they did come out and fix the panels. I was told at that time that it was there mistake and that they would fix what happened free of charge. I waited and waited for any communication. As winter approached and cold fronts came through the fence creaks

We were in the process of building a home and not exactly sure when we would be installing our fence. Marc would check in every couple of months to see what our progress was. About a year later we were ready for the install and Marc was more than accommodating to get us on the schedule. Our property is on the larger side and Marc made sure that everything was level and to absolute perfection. We were impressed that every post was concreted in the ground. Fence Services installed my fence a little over a year ago. Two months after the warranty expired the fence started coming apart in several locations. Even though I knew the warranty was expired, I emailed the owner, Marc Muise. Here is the email string that followed. You can form your own opinions.

I have been in the construction contracting business for nearly 50-years and I can state from experience that when you find a contractor that does what he says he’s going to do, does it on time and offers timely “service after the sale” is a breath of fresh air and quite frankly getting to be rare in the industry.
