I am a retired Air Traffic Controller, and have many years experience serving the Southern New Hampshire area in many different aspects real estate. I started out as a licensed New Hampshire Real Estate Agent in 2008, and later went on to establish JDM Properties, LLC in 2015.
JDM Properties, LLC is a real estate investment company specializing in rentals, and rehabbing foreclosed properties as well as homes in disrepair and reselling them to new homeowners, and at the same time continued to working with buyers and sellers.In 2016 I teamed up with my husband Bob Banks who is also a licensed New Hampshire Agent.

When we started our agency our one goal was simple, have agents keep more of the commissions they earn in their pockets and treat them the way we always wanted to be treated, but had a hard time finding at traditional agencies.
