The personnel who came to the house were nice and I think they did a good job putting our stuff in storage.
However, our floors did get several significant scratches. Communication through the claims process was extremely painful. You really have to keep calling and often they do not keep their promise to call you back. In our case we could not get a human voice for a week. We called Mayflower (they are an agent of Mayflower). Mayflower could not reach them for two days. Then we had a week where every time we called we were deflected to talk with ****** and told that ******* was definitely going
