Our mortgage company told us we had to have flood insurance on our condo. There were some problems in getting some documents from the building and obtaining from the bank what they were requiring from us.
Sheri Fite must have made a dozen phone calls in order to get the necessary certificates from the building and a final determination from the bank the as to how much coverage we needed. She talked to at least 4 people at the bank, and got 4 different answers as to what we needed, before getting a final answer. Her handling of this situation was impressive.

I switched agents abut a year ago and I have to say I am so pleased with my decision. This office has been a tremendous help in saving me money and reviewing our that coverage is appropriate for our needs. I’ve been a customer at Chris Collins State Farm for a few years now, and I’ve always been impressed with their team and great service, and all being provided without breaking the bank. I am especially fond of Mike Malone, he has always assisted me with kindness and care as if I were his own mother. I just turned 70 this year, and having the peace of mind that no matter what happens I’m covered and taken care of while out there on the road just seems even more important to me now then ever before.
