Services
We built CrossRoads because we felt our community needed an answer to the growing number of seniors who did not want to live alone any longer but did not need the services of a nursing home. We are family owned and operated and we feel very blessed to be a part of your lives! The majority of assisted living facilities are part of chains owned by large corporations and are not family run.
Each of us has a "True North" - our internal compass, our guiding force along life's journey. Our True North wing is designed to help families find direction for their loved one living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. At True North, we are committed to tailoring our care to each unique resident.
Keeping medications straight, both what to take and when to take them, can be a daunting task. Nurses monitor and manage this for you. If you choose, seeing a physician can be as easy as a brief walk down the hallway. Need a haircut? That's here too. Also enjoy daily scheduled activities. Fun games, arts and crafts, special guest performances and more are constantly taking place.
CrossRoads is situated on 30 acres and is nestled next to Beaver Creek State Park. During its construction in 2007, much care was taken to create an environment that was inviting, comfortable, and promoted activity. From the warm color palette and carefully selected decor to the quality building materials and stunning wood finish carpentry, no stone was left unturned.
Our residents here at CrossRoads are sending plenty of love your way.hoping you had a Happy Valentine's Day! Take a look at our newest video titled, Fall. Bring it On! for a glimpse of how we're continuing to find creative ways to have fun while social distancing. Thanks to our Life Enrichment Director, Jennie Hum, and her assistant, Rehannah Madden, our residents remain engaged and are enjoying themselves!

This place did an amazing job taking care of my grandmother with alzheimers. I work as a nurse in an acute care setting and know how difficult it can be especially when it involves your loved ones who no longer remember who you are or who they themselves are anymore. From day one when my family desperately needed them they were there and called us with any concerns. Unfortunately the day has come after being there over a year in assisted living and she has to move on to a new level of care due to her decline that comes from the disease process. They kept her emotional and physical needs a priority

We recently had our elderly Uncle at this facility. We were extremely pleased with his care. He was treated like family. During every visit we were very impressed with how well maintained & clean everything was. The staff was always friendly and kept us informed. We highly recommend Crossroads to anyone seeking an assistant living facility.

Its pretty bad you guys are true north for Alzheimer's and Dementia and didn't want to take care of grandfather. Always calling everyday saying he did this he did that. Ridiculous! The nurse Kelly always wanted him out! She's very unprofessional and disrespectful! Always rude! Wanted to ask personal family questions then tell other employees! Girl's back there were always sitting on the couch. Always on their cell phones and having their credit cards out while on their phone's! Ridiculous! There was only one that would help my pap. The rest didn't do much for him. This place reminds me of high
