Peter and the team at Norwood Door Systems did an exceptional job. During a pandemic they came out (and distanced/masked) to my home performed an estimate then sent me pictures of what my home would look like with them on. The installation team also practiced social distancing, replaced some soggy wood they found during the install, put in the doors and new trim with perfection. Give them a call if you are considering new garage doors.

I am often a difficult customer, especially when it comes to having work done on my house. From the very beginning, it was so nice to call a business and have a live person answer the phone. Peter came to my house to give me an estimate. I ordered the best system they had times two and was actually surprised at how reasonable the price was. When it came to the day of installation, the installer, Brian, showed up on time. He didn’t leave until the job was done. The job was perfect. I mean it was absolutely flawless. My daughter backed out of our garage and didn't wait for the door to open completely. She hit the door and damaged the bottom panel. We couldn't get the door open or closed. Norwood Door Systems came right out, measured the panel and fixed the door so that we could get the door open and closed manually. What a relief! When the panel came in they came right out and replaced the damaged one. Looks great! I really appreciate their fast response. Great company. I was very impressed.

Amazing! I have been working on my home for three years now with multiple contractors. Norwood Door Systems was the best and brightest. They worked around my schedule. There was no high pressure sales and they got me into the doors and door openers that were right for me. The pricing was more than competitive and after all this work it really adds the finishing touches. I wish every contractor was as good, clean and thorough as Norwood Door Systems. Very happy with the service. They came to my home quickly and gave me estimates. The price was reasonable and they were able to install both door openers quickly and expertly. This once great company has been bought out by a large company and is now charging exorbitant prices for their service. I had been pleased with my original garage door installations several years ago and the follow-up service that I received. I recently needed a new keypad for my doors. The installer came out and installed a battery keypad, not hardwired, which took less than 30 minutes including putting in a new battery and programming the keypad. The charge for the labor was $126.91 which did not include the cost of the keypad.

Peter Barrows came to our home and brought a catalog with him along with sample colors. He seems like a great guy and was very helpful in making suggestions. Later that day, we made our selection and scheduled the installation for two weeks.
The technicians arrived on time and were knowledgeable and friendly. The original garage doors and openers were removed quickly and without fanfare. The new garage doors (Garaga - North Hadley LP) were installed along with the garage door openers (Liftmaster Elite

They just installed a new garage door. They did an excellent job. Works beautifully. Pete, the owner, was very responsive. He returned my initial call right away and gave me a proposal a week later. He worked very hard to get me a sample of the door I wanted. It's a really nice Garaga. Modern, clean simple lines. Pete knows how to give great customer service. Their prices are competitive. I obtained three bids and I'm glad I went with Norwood. Make sure you call the right one. They are based in Walpole.

I had a recent experience where I did a web search for Norwood Overhead and ended up calling a company that was NOT Norwood Ovehead Door, and the outfit that came out to service my garage door was foreign and immediately told me it would cost $1000 to service 2 doors. My wife noticed that the van didn't say Norwood Overhead Door. I pulled out years of service call invoices from Norwood Overhead to show I'd never been charged anything like this for

Norwood Overhead Door was great. Their quotes were a bit less than the other companies I had checked with. Pete, one of the owners, was very responsive to phone calls or email questions that I had. The doors look great and they did a great job with clean up. I would use them again if I had to ever order doors again.
