Welcome to our service department where we service what we sell. Our service facility performs routine maintenance and repairs, such as oil changes, tire rotation, and brake service on both foreign and domestic automobiles. We provide written estimates and stand behind our work. All repairs are fully explained to you and we fix 'em right the first time.
When was your vehicle's cooling system last serviced? Have you had to add coolant? Have you replaced the radiator cap? Surratt is who i use for the big things like a catalytic converters or an engine swaps. If im having serious issues they are my go to. Bill, the owner, always has time to talk in detail, and even invite me in his office to do so. Bill has gone above and beyond to get me the best price hes able to. The diagnostics are expensive but are head to toe extremely thorough which is useful for used cars. They are helpful with giving rides when you need a neighborly hand too.

I went in to have my tires checked. The right front tire was continually low on air. They filled them up and set me up for an appt a few days later for an all around check up. Had to get new brakes all around. Drums and rotors on the rear and will have to get the torn boots replaced up front. They worked for 4 hrs until they were able to get the drums off. They were rusted and had seized up. Even offered a loaner car but I said I would wait. I feel comfortable here having work done on my older cars. For 9 yrs my ex did the maintenance on them so I didn't know who to go to. He recommended them.

I brought my truck to Surrat to try and diagnose an issue with the engine not turning over, they had my vehicle for two days and at the end of those two days they told me they couldn’t figure out the issue because the onboard computer wasn’t communicating with their diagnostic computer. They proceeded to tell me they would have to rewire my electric to be able to figure it out. That sounded ridiculous to me so I told them I was going somewhere else. They still charged me the $200 diagnostic fee even though they didn’t do anything. I went to Mastertech Auto and they had my truck fixed within

Have used Surratt for tires and maintenance (plugs, brakes, manual trans, transfer case, state inspection) on two vehicles. Shop is clean and organized. Staff is pleasant, listens, and answers questions clearly. Work is completed in the time promised and for the price quoted (or you get a call explaining the changes before the work is done).

Being new to the area I was unsure of where to get my car inspected and took a chance on Surratt Auto Center. They are now going to be my go to shop! They were quick, friendly, polite, and professional. They didn’t try to push me into buying things or getting things replaced which I really appreciated, they told me what would need done and asked if I would like them to do any of it. Fantastic team I recommend this shop to anyone! Oh and I also got a first time customer gift back which was super cool.

The last couple times my car has been serviced here. All required manufacturers recommended service and some labor intensive work. They did just what they said and very professionally. Having spent half my life in the car business I give a full recommendation to Surratt Auto Center. Great bunch of people.
