I have practiced law my entire career in Alabama representing individuals who have suffered injuries and deaths of loved ones against some of the country's largest corporations. I’m very dissatisfied with the outcome of my case! Out of a $45,000 settlement, I ended up with $19,000. Chip Crowell handled my case. He lied and said he would get our medical expenses reduced to half. We were given an email copy where he asked them to just take 5k when our bills were a little over 6k. He was unprofessional and acting like he did not want to handle our case most times. I could never get in touch with him and had to complain twice to Alexander Shunnarah’s company which is who directed me to Mann and Potter. If I could give 0 stars, then I would. My first experience with lawyers and based on these lawyers, I hope it will be my last. They're rude, condescending, and unresponsive. They took forever to respond to communications and didn't communicate effectively when they did respond, acted as if we should know what was going on when we didn't, basically accused me of being a liar at one point, and even though they were supposed to help us take care of all our medical bills, they didn't. We won our case only because it was such an open and shut case, no way anyone could put us at fault in it. We are still

They do not work for u. They work against u and steal money from u. Only law firm I know that makes u settle for small amount then take more then u get they are scams and are not to be trusted it took them 3 years for the defense attorney to set a deposition and mediation amd made ME pay for it then promised me itll be here in 14 days if I settled it took 2 months and they played me.. Do not trust this law firm if u want a reliable attorney pick someone else. Only way they will be on ur side is if its a million dolllar settlement.
