It's been horrible pretty much from start to finish, both in the purchasing aspect, parts, service, to repairs. From forged signatures on contracts (them) to low preforming equipment, but like any other business entity, when all you're worried about is making money, you get what you get.
This time I have had a machine in their Conroe shop for 3 or so weeks, we've been on parts changing, it's a clean 2015 870 with 700-800, no abuse machine needs a $3500.00 main harness so they say.
Honestly probably not much better out there then Bobcat, but somewhere with better service

Always check before dropping off and picking up equipment
time sensitive promises may not b e kept
they have come though on a warranty issue but have charged me odd amounts for "shipping and tax' that you'd think were part of warranty work
also - check check check how much work costs - they charged me 320 to mount a tire - really?
