Skip the "Big Name" and get the right work at the right price.
Thank you is what I need to say first. My overall experience was fantastic and will recommend them to all of my neighbors. In attempt to make this short, I was third in line from a row houses that all used the "Big Name" company. Their quote to replace the infiltrator lines for my house was 10K more than my neighbor and 3 times what I paid with Chattanooga Septic. When Logan quoted me the work he was honest and up front. Our septic tank backed up into the basement bathroom. Logan and Alex responded and made the repairs quickly. The job was difficult and required some innovative solutions Logan and Alex were professional and very reasonably priced. I have recommended them to my neighbors and will continue to recommend them to anyone.

I called Chattanooga Septic Systems to inquire about having my septic tank pumped. After expressing my concerns, Logan was very helpful in explaining how the system should work and answered all of my questions. He told me that he did not think the tank needed to be pumped but could schedule an inspection to check it and make sure it was working properly. He was able to schedule the appointment for the next day. In the morning he called to say he was on his way and he arrived at the scheduled time. He was professional, responsive and willing to save me some money by doing the inspection instead

They came out and worked in the drizzle and rain to get my septic problems fixed and into the night. They are very dedicated workers and was impressed. They showed me the problems and then showed me the new pipes before covering it up so they kept me informed along the way. I trust them and they even said septic tank did not need pumped, so that saved me on the final bill. I would recommend them to anyone.
