Laid my bike over and had it towed to the service department for repair. Ben the manager did an excellent job on repairing it! Looks and sounds better than it did before! Thanks Ben and Zanesville, Harley Davidson for the great work and putting up with me with every call I made lol I highly recommend this place and if you have any problems or questions talk to Ben the service manager and he will handle your situation professionally and respectfully.

I am a Disabled Veteran, and needed floorboards and a heel/toe shifter added to the Softail Custom I bought from Finks HD. It took a few weeks to get the parts in. Not only was I given a nice discount on the bike and parts for my Service, but the entire Staff treated me fantastic. Especially when I was getting impatient with the wait, Parts and Service were perfectly professional and understanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have been riding since 1977, have owned 19 Harley Davidsons.

We were on the road and out of town. dropped my phone on the highway, stopped and picked it up and saw a slash in my tire. called Fink's Harley Davidson and they had the tire and got me in and out. didn't… have to but they did. means alot to us and we appreciate it. perfect service and 5 stars. We stopped in Zanesville planning to have lunch before heading to the triple nickel. My husbands bike broke down. We finally were able to get it to Fink's by 1:00pm. They took it right in and diagnosed it for us. They were able to fix everything and have us back on the road by 3:30pm on a Saturday. Great people to work with. Thank you all so much.

Took my 2006 Ultra classic in for an engine upgrade with a 95in big bore kit with a tuner . Talked over the process with Ben and he explained what was being changed and how this would improve the bike . Was told the process would take a couple of days , They had my bike for three weeks , do to the fact that getting parts really slowed everything down . None of which was there fault. I’m very happy with the final results, improved the all out performance my bike , not a race bike but gave it the upgrade I wanted so it can be ridden another 90,00 miles . I am very happy with the service and all

Overpriced and untrue to customers. I felt I was in trouble because I did not purchase a bike the first time for certain reasons last winter. Being that I was from out state they had to mail me the agreement. I did not sign it in the end, but months later expressed interest but was told each time about the $100 it cost them to mail it on 3 or 4 different occasion. I mentioned I would put money down on it next time. After being told by someone and Ron himself that he would call me, he did not on two different times . It was a nice bike, but the guy said the agreement was higher then we initially

Today was my first visit and I ended up walking out after 15 minutes. Only 1 other customer in the store (who was being waited on) but yet everyone was too busy to ask if I needed help with anything? I don't go into a store looking for your business. YOU are supposed to EARN mine. Well you won't be earning any of mine...

I had a great time here. I stopped in on a trip I took to the Harley Davidson Museum in Milwaukee and then to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Along the way I stopped at 22 Harley Davidson Dealerships.
This particular dealership is one I recommend stopping at. They have a large showroom, and a unique style to the dealership. The lounge area was pretty awesome and large.
The staff greeted me as soon as I came through the door and gave me the lay of the land and sent me to the poker chips. I was lucky there was a HOG meeting going on or the dealership would have been closed by the time I arrived

Fink's HD Service department deserves kudos for their kind, and selfless service! I especially appreciate Michelle and mechanic Kenny for staying after hours to help a biker in need!!
I had a valve stem blowout while airing my rear tire, I called one hour before they closed and I'm 25 miles away. By the time they sent a truck and trailer to pick me up and get into the shop, it was 6:15....they both were happy to stay and help get my bike back on the road!
They didn't know it but had they not decided to help me out, I would have had to get a ride back home (which is an hour away)
