Long story short…I sold my house, moved out of town, the closing was delayed, then we were suddenly closing in two days. I hadn’t been at the property in a month and needed the yard cleaned up before closing. Kris was the only person who got back to me…he went to the house a couple hours later, gave me a great bid and did a great job. Before and after pics sent. Paid with Venmo. Couldn’t have been easier.
