At GuyCo, we help you decide which direction would be best for you and your family. The first thing I did when I started The Guy Corporation was to trademark our mission statement. The reason was simple, I wanted all of our employees to know our mission and our corporate culture so that every day they can do the right thing and look out for our clients' best interests. The construction industry is one of the worst industries when it comes to regulations.
While small homes and additions take approximately 12 weeks to complete, larger projects often take 3 - 9 months. Custom design homes and whole home remodels may require up to a year or more depending upon their specifications. All of our pre-designed home plans can be modified to add extra square footage, additions, porches, garages, and basements or we can create your own.
We work hard every step of the way with our clients to ensure they receive exactly what they want. Empowering the client and using the experience we have amassed over the past 33 years makes for an unbeatable combination. At GuyCo Homes we offer design services to meet all of our clients' needs, from new home builders in Indianapolis and Hamilton County to customized home remodeling. We provide you with two options, cost-plus and square foot pricing to meet your needs and budget requirements (applies to new homes only).

When I was ready to tackle our unused sunroom, leaking sliding doors, and sad little heaved brick patio I knew who to call. Jon and the GuyCo team helped plan a sunroom conversion, outdoor living space and deck add on, new windows and doors, and a new entryway to protect and accent our front door. 2021 has been such a challenging time to build and upgrade: from simple things like getting a dumpster for tear-out to ordering and getting even the most basic materials. Jon, Melissa, Aaron and the crew helped us at every step of the process and little by little were able to complete some absolutely

I used GuyCo to remodel two bathrooms as well as update several other areas of my home. I'm so pleased with the outcome. Their attention to detail is phenomenal! They communicate with you every day with an email to let you know what to expect the following day. They hold all their subcontractors to their high standards and if they don't measure up, they no longer use them. The owner, Jon Guy, was very involved in the project from beginning to end. Any problems in the job were addressed immediately.
