I was going to use this company and I am glad that I did my research before hiring them. I looked up the company on the California State Licensing Board website and could not find this company. I then looked them up by the license number on their advertising and the license number does not match this company and that is not the worst of it - apparently Jack Dunn pumps, is working under Killip Pump Repair and their license is suspended! I am glad that I did my research and found a more reputable and LICENSED company!

They sold us a pump saver that we probably didn't need. Unfortunately, they also didn't set the pressure high enough to fill our storage tank and we ran out of water on a Saturday. Left a voicemail on Saturday, called another guy on Sunday who increased the pressure, and received a call-back from Jack Dunn on Monday with a simple apology and no further follow-up. Luckily, I was there when the water ran out because the pump at the tank didn't have a pump saver and would have burnt itself out.
Maybe a good company if you only need support during business hours.

05.28.2020 Brandon, Josh, and Clay all handled the installation of my reserve tank with professionalism, honesty, and skill. They ran their quote a couple different ways to show me where I could save money. The install itself seemed to go smoothly and quickly. The finished product was clean and functioned perfectly.

Honestly surprised by the reviews here. Josh definitely did not display "excellent customer service".
In fact my jaw dropped when my landlord told me he cancelled our appointment! He didn't even have the courtesy to call me back and talk with me.
Today is Friday, Josh and 1 other came to look at the problem on Monday. They couldn't fix the problem because they didn't have the right tools and tools us they'd be back Tuesday or Wednesday.
No calls. No word until Wednesday evening when I told Josh we get a little gray cold water, but still no hot. He said he'd come fix Thursday morning.

We have went through another pump company after the pump person who installed all of our well and pump tanks retired and sold his book of business to a competitor. The new pump service came and screwed our system up royally. We called Jack Dunn Pump service and had Rod come out and he fixed up our system and was very responsive to our needs.
He then came out a second time to replace a tank pump and alarm that the other company serviced and broke and improperly installed after they completed service. Again, Rod was responsive and replaced everything and now our water system is all taken care of

Pump for our well stopped working. No water. Dunn was able to come out within hours and we were grateful. It was a Monday. They said they'd come back Tuesday or Wednesday to get the job done.
Wednesday afternoon we call them to ask what's up and they tell us they'll see us at 9:00am on Thursday.
All-day on Thursday they failed to pick up their phones. By the end of the business day, they finally called. Not to apologize for missing our appointment and failing to give us a heads up call, but rather the man was being rather rude as he told me the best he could do was get here by Friday morning
