I have been in the garage door business for more than 20 years, starting when I was just a senior in High school. At that time, there was only one garage door company in town. The owner came to my school's building trades class looking for someone to train and learn the business, and that's where I found my passion.
He taught me how to install and service garage doors the right way, with care and attention to detail. Family owned and operated ( really!) with Nicole handling the calls and Mark and his son in the field, their "nothing is too much trouble " attitude is literally the best in customer service and workmanship in the state and beyond. Reasonably priced with no surprises and the absolute best service ( with a real smile) and followup, they are number one without exception in my book. ( Customer since 2017)

I had a new garage door opener installed, with new safety sensors, and had a great experience with Mark's Garage Door. The crew (two men) showed up on time (after the office called 20 minutes ahead of arrival as they said they would), and they were very knowledgeable and friendly (I selected a LiftMaster garage door opener model that is not one of the standard ones but they were able to get it within two days when another company said it's take them weeks, and they knew the model well and the other one that was already installed in the garage as well - both have internet connectivity

Mark adjusted my 26-year-old garage door in no time. I was impressed! It’s ten times easier to open & close and the charges were extremely reasonable. I used Mark's in July 2017 and was very pleased. He showed up when he said he would, called ahead, had all the parts he needed already in the truck. I also like that he had a couple of young (teenage) men with him whom he supervised doing the work. Passing on the skills to younger folks to keep the small business ethic alive!! Good stuff! I also recommended Mark's to a neighbor, and I know she was very pleased also.

Mark came out and evaluated our door situation, (working OK but getting old and tired). It was an original 23 year old Raynor insulated door with tension springs. He recommended a torsion spring update and quoted me a fair price for parts and labor. We scheduled a visit. He was on time and had the work done in just under an hour...as predicted. He did basic service on the other two doors while he was here. I cut him a check, we shook hands and he was off to his next appointment.
