Art Ross entered the electrical, heating and air conditioning field in 1977. His wife, Phoeba, has been office manager since that time.
All three of their sons, Tab, Kyle and Kirk, started working in the family business about the age of 13 and worked until they all graduated from college. In 2007 when Kirk graduated from University of Tennessee Martin he wanted to carry on the family business so he took over the management of RC Mechanical.
