Yesterday we hit something sharp on the interstate and couldn’t get our spare to drop. Andy’s towed us to Royal Tire. I left a message through the website and heard back from someone last night...after hours. I explained what had happened, and the store arranged to have my vehicle fixed this morning...outside of business hours and on a holiday weekend. I so appreciate the service. Thank you!

They’ll get you in and out fairly quickly for routine work. Their oil change prices are reasonable for full synthetic, but a rotation and rebalance on all four tires runs $72, which is insane considering Discount Tire will do it for free when you get your tires there. From a business standpoint, those are the minimal labor services that generate long term business for other services, so it would be nice to see some more reasonable pricing for work like that.

Last August, I was visiting my hometown before heading back to where I based in Mississippi to PCS overseas, and kept hearing a smacking/scrapping sound coming from my front-left tire area.
I did not have much for tools with me, and noticed this shop opening up right as I was passing by. So, I stopped in and asked to have it checked out.
Within mere minutes, the tech noticed that the motor splash guard/shield had came undone and required a bolt to put it back on. Had my car back in less than 15-20 minutes, and the sales rep refused to take any money from me for the service.
