The student went over all procedures and policies with me, explained the entire process, she was very professional and did an outstanding job. I was visiting a close friend in California. While I was there, I heard about A New You by Heidi! Everyone had nothing but amazing things to say about the amazing work she has done! Heidi has been great for my permanent eyeliner! I love how they look after the perfecting appointment! She has been so patient with me because my right eye apparently twitches like crazy! We took it slow and steady and she was great about my involuntary eye movement. She cares about how you look and won't agree to do something you'll regret or whatever is a fad right now. I will be coming back for my eyebrows and she's been great about color testing me as I want red which is very uncommon. Definitely recommend for permanent makeup!

I had my teeth whitened by Heidi a few months ago and LOVED the results! She mentioned that she also teaches a teeth whitening class and I knew it would be a great service to add to my business. After signing up, the process was so smooth and everything I needed was included in the price (unlike other teeth whitening companies), which was a great value. I just finished my touch-up for the Combo Brow service Heidi provides and I’m super pumped! She did an awesome job and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I currently live in Charlotte, NC and will not have anyone else do any permanent makeup for me, but Heidi. You will love her space. Heidi worked on my Mom's brows recently and I just wanted to say how truly talented she is. After healing, I can't even tell she had work done. Having my eyebrows and eyeliner done by Heidi at A New You by Heidi was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I have Alopecia and have lost all of my hair and most of my eyebrows. I did a lot of research before choosing Heidi and I could not be happier with the results. My brows and eyeliner are always perfect and I don’t have to constantly fix them throughout the day. Honestly this is the best beauty treatment I've had so far. I loved the results, and it didn't take to long to complete the process either. Heidi was kind and gentle, she made sure to ask me if I was satisfied with how it was looking and how it looked when it was done. The salon and the tools all together were clean and very well organized. I enjoyed my visit to the salon not just because Heidi is really professional at her work, but also because she is kind and she keeps the place with a pleasant and welcoming vibe. 5 stars would recommend to anyone thinking of having permanent make up applied

I don't exacerbate but this was the worst experience I've ever had in life. Hiedi is rude & took my over $700.00 micro blade & Permanent eyeliner, there was no line. Heidi didn't offer to correct or touch up the liner nor reimburse me. Gave me instructions after Permanent eye, she informed me to wash my face with a mild soap. I've never had a tattoo done b4 so I didn't not know how to treat it. She is a Rip off & very arrogant. Heidi never apologized & tried to cover up wear she was totally wrong. She is bad news she admitted she took the class on line

So I'm just gonna say that you get what you pay for here people ! Just take this as a warning . Do NOT do business here . Heidi , whom after I did my first session with ( which did absolutely nothing to my tattoo by the way .. did not fade AT all) discusses some scheduling times with me and my friend who was joining me . We wanted to go together , obviously, so Heidi and I arranged the time and date. We text about this time and date . I needed to reschedule, as I would be out of town . She agreed and accepted my reschedule on Squareup. However, SHE failed to cancel my previous appointment

Luckily, I reached out to Henidi and she walked me through here process, which was that she first numbs the area, then puts some natural solution in the skin so the ink will come out.
