At Clarksville Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center we pride ourselves on being a facility that offers each resident a true home-like environment. We began serving the Clarksville and surrounding area in 1975 and have since expanded! To accommodate our residents needs additions were built in 1980, 1994, 2000, and in 2013, Westside Assisted Living Suites!
If hired, you will be required to submit documents sufficient to establish employment authorization and identity compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 and all applicable regulations. While you need not provide this proof of legal status at the time you are interviewed, you will be required to do so after hire.
Westside Assisted Living Suites offers the freedom of independent living within a secure, caring community atmosphere. Located on the Clarksville Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center campus, Westside Assisted Living Suites has eight one bedroom apartments, two studio apartments, one two bedroom and one deluxe one bedroom apartment.
