Was just there today Everyone was very polite as soon as I stepped inside I was immediately greeted by everyone like I was their number one customer. I have never been here before so was little nervous because my Jeep is my pride and joy. I called the day before to order some Toyo Open Country A/T III. They ordered them and had them the very next day. When I called they answered very politely and to the point. When I asked about my quote for some tires they didn't try to push stuff onto me nor did they try to squeeze every penny out of me. When I got there today place was clean one of the cleanest

I gave this peoria landmark a call to check out some hard to get quick tires. My poor audi was in a jam with an unrepairable nail. The advisor was super helpful giving me ideas on which tires to order and said would be here in a day. My order was placed around 4 pm and I got a call around 8 saying they were in the next day.
I came after work. I was advised frequently about the status. Everything was explained to me perfectly. I left a happy camper and we be back for my complementary tire rotations. Thank you!

I thought I could give this place a 5 star on Monday for the service they provided. But but today it goes down to a 1 because of the fact that they couldn't repair my flat tire right away or within a reasonable amount of time. I came into town over the weekend and got a flat the first day. The only place open was this and it was taken in right away but after almost 3 hours of waiting, they finally fixed it and as added bonus my tires were armored alled. Not bad..I was happy. Austin and the team do great work! If there has ever been the slightest issue, they are quick to make it perfect! And I mean perfect. This is SO UNHEARD OF these days...old-school customer service. I have bought 11 sets of tires here and recommended many others to them. With the addition of the alignment rack there will be no stopping them. The latest rims and tires mounted up and ready for a ticket!

Horrible service all the way around!!! Bought 4 new tires a week later low air light came on. I was told had to replace sensor. Did not fix the problem. After 4 return visits, being screamed and cussed at by "owner" and "fired" I still have to put air in my tires about every 10 days. Do yourself and your car a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Update - owner did make contact after the situation below was brought to his attention. Explained efforts to reimburse for services we sought elsewhere and explained process to promise service in the future will be honored timely. He ensured us that his company was built on and must be focused on outstanding customer service. I appreciate his outreach, offer to make up lost expenses, and promise to keep their promise to service. I am updating this rating from 1 to a 4 based on the extra effort made to make up for a few bad days of service timing.

After a friend's recommendation, I decided to give Plaza Tire a try as I needed 4 new tires. I've lived in the area for most of my life and knew of the place, but had loyalties elsewhere. Tires for my vehicle aren't cheap, so I decided to get a few bids. Not only was Plaza the best price, I was assured if I was unhappy for any reason during the first 30 days, they'd get me a tire that met my approval.

Customers should note that they operate on a first-come-first-serve basis so with that information I showed up when they opened at 7:30am. I was shocked at the CLEANLINESS

Came here to compare tire and wheels to ones we had seen online. Austin beat the prices we had found and provided great service. He made sure to answer all of our questions and even took the time to put a similar wheel and tire on our vehicle so we could see how it would look. He also delivered the wheels to the shop where our work was being done, free of charge. The employees here are knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help. Highly recommend!

I went here once for tires. They had to order my size, which is weird because I don't have a crazy car. Just a Ford Focus.

Anyway, I give the guy my info, he tells me to come back in a week, and when I get there, he had only ordered one tire, not four. The guy (different guy) says it will be another week for the other three.

I left, drove straight to WalMart and left an hour later with four new tires.

If you have 20" wheel or larger, this is really the only place to go in Peoria. They have the tire selection, product knowledge and equipment to handle it properly.

They have a Hunter Road Force machine and also can straighten wheels. Austin was my service professional and highly recommend him. He is a genuine person and delivered on everything he promised. The owner also made sure everything was to my expectation.

I highly recommend Peoria Plaza Tire - just go there early because it gets busy fast and it's first come first serve.
