Big 3 Packaging is a new, innovative company specializing in providing patented, unit-dose, water-soluble packaging solutions for industrial and consumer applications. Lawrence R. Dickler, entrepreneur and "soap man, " compounded our first professional cleaning and maintenance specialty chemicals in 1968.

It's coming up to 2 years working at Big 3 Packaging. I love the job, the company and the working environment. The support from upper management is unbelievable and the benefits are top notch. It really makes a difference working for a company that cares about every employee individually. Last but not least, the sustainable cleaning products they manufacture are truly great quality. All in a great company to work for.
