Upon being released, the defendant will need to immediately report to the local office and complete the necessary paperwork. After completion, the defendant will receive upcoming court date information. The defendant must report all new court dates to their Act Fast Bail Bonds Agent by either coming in personally or notifying by phone.

I was a little overwhelmed with the idea of my loved one being arrested but act fast was definitely the best in helping me overcome those feelings. I went in on a Saturday when all banks were closed & they were considerate enough to help me with a payment plan with whatever cash I had on me at the time. They were very understanding and helpful and made sure I fully understood the contract before signing anything. Great people and company to work with! I left feeling very relieved. My loved one was released an hour later.

This company is amazing! Best bail bonds I've ever dealt with!! I called and Rhonda was so helpful with giving me the correct information on how to go about the situation. Act fast was so good to my family from beginning to end. Always super responsive. They could improve customer service. The company allows their employees to use their system for personal vendettas. Monique was upset her exboyfriend has a new girlfriend and surrendered his bond saying no payment on the 5th of the month, I recorded their call stating his next payment wasn't due until the 15th. After they drew guns on us and… arrested him I recorded Monique showing up within ten minutes and tried using an air freshener to try and break out the windows to his car. The owner said she didn't use his system to locate the vehicle where they arrested him and refused to talk to

Great experience with Act Fast Bail Bonds. I highly recommend them if you need help getting someone out. I called this company in need of their service for a loved one. I didn't have much money and even though the bail was low, they still helped me out. Xavier was the person I initially talked to over the phone and he made sure I would be taken care of when I came in the next morning. Upon arrival, I was greeted two women named Trisha and Rhonda, who were very very nice, friendly and warming. But most of all, professional. I'm on Metro PCS, there are recycled numbers. Recently I have been getting calls from a 1 (866) number leaving messages with fake "press this button for Spanish" etc. prompts, when it's just a long recording waiting for you to keep listening - no actual voice recognition. It says I owe $15k to um.. nowhere..to call ASAP to avoid penalties. I called the number back and it's these idiots. I don't know anybody in jail and have never been myself. So, judging from these other reviews reflecting poor driving within the community, business ethics or actual experiences.. these

Hopefully their bail bonds service is worlds better than how their guys drive!! In Roseville today, attached is the picture on the car, plate MONTEZ9. Driving as reckless as you possibly could, in addition to almost hitting me and the van turning in front of me, as he made an illegal advance straight into the intersection from a right turn only lane, he made 6 lane changes without a blinker, almost hitting one other car on Galleria while blowing the speed limit. I didn't call the company to report, as I figured that knowing my luck it would have been the owner driving like an idiot. The info

This company has helped so many people when no others would. They not only help when a person is in dyer need to get out of jail. But they help by giving back to the local youth in South Sacramento. STAY AWAY. Honestly I'd give them negative reviews if that were even an option. Highly unprofessional, they even came up with this lie that the previous bail bond I dealt with went out of business and withheld crucial information from me. I tried to go to another bail bond and they went from underneath and stole the option from me. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Horrible service. They say there are 24 hours open but every time I've called they never answer the phone or when they do answer they have a terrible attitude and act like its a burden for me the call. Don't have a business that is open 24/7 if you don't want to do your job in the middle of the night. I would never ever recommend this place and I will never be calling again for anything. Don't waste your time or money here. Giving the one star is to much already.
