Born in Philadelphia and raised in the nearby suburbs, Jason is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University, and a resident of Tredyffrin Township, PA. Among his passions and interests are music, martial arts, golf, steel mace, and all Philly Sports! He takes great pride in the feeling of walking out of a settlement having helped someone purchase or refinance their dream home.

Let's face it. Buying a home can be stressful. We hear all the time in the news about how strict the lending community has gotten since 2008. Well it doesn't have to be. Sure, the process can be tedious, and does involve some help from you, the client, no matter what some lender's marketing tells you about it being as simple as pushing a button.
Magnus Karate is an authentic, year round karate institution located in West Chester, PA. Independently owned and operated by Sensei Mike Pannulla, Magnus Karate was founded in May of 2010. I've been working with Jason for over 5 years and he has always given me and my clients FANTASTIC service. He actually picks up the phone! and if he doesn't know the answer he doesn't make it up!

Can't say enough good things here
Jason and Dennis made all the difference. Jason let us know when rates were most attractive and what pieces to have ready to lock in the rate. They held our hand as much as we needed and explained answers if we(I) still didn't get it.
We get a lot of digital offers and see commercials, but having someone you trust in the space makes all the difference and let us breathe easy during a typically stressful process.. Plus they got us a lower rate than one of those online offers.
If you want to feel like a close friend is talking to you about mortgages, use Jason

Jason was great at walking my husband and I through our first mortgage. He was responsive to all our emails, and took the time to walk us through the process and answer any questions we had. Closing on our home was a somewhat difficult case as timelines were often adjusted or pushed back, but Jason did his best to get us there with all the paperwork. I would definitely recommend Jason and his team.
