We are a non-profit, FTCA Deemed, community governed organization. 1st Choice Healthcare has a governing body, composed of volunteers from the communities we serve. At least 51% of the board must be consumers of our services. Provide services based on the advice of local residents, businesses, churches, and other organizations.

We offer a wide range of primary care services provided by a dedicated team of physicians, family and pediatric nurse practitioners, licensed social workers, nurses, and support staff.

To make an appointment, call our office during regular business hours. We make every effort to accommodate sick patients on the same day. Please call in advance for non-urgent appointments so that we may schedule a date and time to fit your convenience. Please make sure to bring a list of all medications and a copy of your insurance card to each visit.
