Was very helpful in getting me a great deal on car insurance, and willing to shop around to get me the best rate for the coverage I needed. I have been with Kirstein Insurance for about 4 years. Never gave a second thought to changing. They periodically review my policies to make sure I am getting the best deal–and when adjustments need to be made, they make them. They have excellent customer service &, most importantly, they saved me a lot and provided more coverage than my current insurance. I highly recommend them.

We had a good 3 years with them, with our agent Maria who is super responsive and does her job in finding us great homeowners quotes.
Not sure what happened and Maria left late last year and we ow deal with another agent who is the total opposite. Not responsive through emails until we had to call or follow up, did not find us the best quote compared to other agencies and wanted us to sign a less than desirable quote. I know it’s Covid, and we have cut them a lot of slack and tried to work with them because we wanted to maintain the relationship. Unfortunately, this agent’s unprofessional
