I was in their shop two years ago to have my power steering fixed. They did fix the problem. Last week the power steering went out again. Couldn't remember if it was this shop that I went to. They claim I didn't have my car there my bank statement and Google show I was there. They just don't want to fix my car again. Because it should be under warranty

I called these guys since my mother has always been treated very well, when I tried to explain what I had going on with my truck I was immediately interrupted and told they couldn't help me! I have a miss at low rpm's and was told again "I can't help you!" Are you kidding me? More than likely it's a vacuum leak but, I guess these guys don't like anything other than an oil change and I will just take my business elsewhere!

I got lucky with these guys. I was stranded while up in Waterloo for training and called these guys based on their solid reviews. Steve helped me out right away and drove to the location I was at. I had a wiring issue with my battery and they helped me that night with an hour and a half left in their day when they easily could have said they were about to close. They helped me get back on the road quickly and at a fair price. I know where I’d be going if I lived in Waterloo.

I've never received better customer service in auto care than at Murphy's Auto Service. Dan and Steve are extremely friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. They're always honest about what is wrong with my car and how they're going to fix it--something tough to come across.
They operate a small shop with a friendly, neighborhood feel--you'll probably find regular customers chatting over coffee in the mornings. I couldn't recommend Murphy's more.
