Our beautiful location is unequaled for its scenic wooded setting right next to the new Bois D' Arc Lake. Sandy Creek offers wonderful accommodations for the RV traveler at reasonable rates. We offer spacious sites for the largest rigs that allow plenty of room for slide-outs and awnings, with electrical service, sewer and water hookups at each RV site.

Amenities include a laundry facility, Wi-Fi and a quiet, convenient location in Telephone, Texas. Extended stay or short term visitors are welcome! This is the absolute best rv park I've ever been to. The owners are great people and took time from their life to help us set up. With the world the way it is these people will remind you that God is real and there are still good people in this world. Thank you Sandy Creek!!!

This is a quiet park with beautiful trees in a country setting. We were blessed to call at the last minute and get into this park. The owners are sweet precious people. We will be back!

Sandy Creek RV park is a hidden gem of a park. Set among tall trees, really helped keep your camper cool and shaded. Quiet, peaceful, good WiFi and great rates. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent RV park with great amenities! Our family loves the forest feel of Sandy Creek, plenty of trees and shade. The owners David and Becky are wonderful and super helpful with any needs. Laundry facility is also a huge plus, so clean and well kept like the entire park. Highly recommend!

This is the most beautiful RV park in Fannin County! It’s like you are camping in the woods everyday with all their trees. They have wonderful and friendly people that live there. The owners are amazing and very easy to work with. With the Bois’d Arc Lake coming, Bonham Lake, Coffemill Lake, Lake Fannin, and Lake Crockett all within a short drive away, you cannot go wrong with this location.

This the most beautiful well run RV park you could ever stay in. I lived there for one year and I felt like I was tuck away in a wonderful forrest. Health reasons took me away to my son's house and I miss that park. Owners David and Becky are wonderful people with excellent integrity !
