Our goal is to provide the most comprehensive list of brain injury resources available throughout California to speed recovery for brain injury survivors and their loved ones. Brain injury diagnosis, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services include medical centers, neuropsychologists, neurosurgeons, post-acute programs, reintegration services, as well as both inpatient and outpatient services.

Vocational rehabilitation resources in California assist people with brain injuries in vocational immersion, job placement, job coaching, and supported employment. Independent living organizations help California brain injury survivors and others with disabilities improve their lives and make communities fully accessible.
