Aubrien was very professional with proper equipment, cleaners and polishers. He allowed me to also take part in helping out and learning the process so I know what it takes to maintain the car on an on going basis. Full process from cleaning, claying, cut/polish and seal, it was my first time watching this process and found it interesting.
This is the Ultimate Package using my 5-Phase process that will provide a spectacular level of shine, luster and protection that will last for up to 6 months. Contains everything from the "Gold" Package but also Includes 2-step paint enhancement services after clay bar service and before final wax application.
A. It is very important to understand that detailing is a cleaning process to address every aspect of a car. From the steering wheel buttons, to chrome A/C vent inserts, foot pedals and turn signal knobs, everything needs to be cleaned. I am equipped with many different cleaners for cleaning plastics, vinyl, carpet, glass, paint, chrome, various appliques, etc.

I was hoping with a one step polish more swirls and minor scratches would have been taken out. Given it wasn’t that bad being a 2019, but I expected more. There was overspray of his detailing product on the steering wheel and gauge cluster. He forgot to open the hatch area and clean it. It was untouched. Door jam bottoms were wiped but little detail to inside of doors. Still dusty and dirty, especially the hatch. Otherwise he was very professional and courteous and the only mobile detailer I know of in the area.

Our truck looks and smells brand new again. I use our truck for my cleaning business. We use it on the farm. Lots of GSD hair, horse hair and horse anything. Inside and outside look excellent. I would recommend him to anyone. There was a little mix-up on time but he made it right. I will have him out to clean any vehicle again. He drove to our home. What a great convenience and experience.
