Last night I gave my wife a Chopard Happy Sport diamond watch for her birthday. It is so beautiful she was moved to tears, I never imagined she'd be so pleased, it was the best present! I have bought several pieces over the years from here. Always, always a pleasure. Everyone is so polite and NEVER pushy to purchase. I just bought a new ring for my wife that I found here and absolutely loved but needed it sized quickly. They did it same day and this wasn’t a regular sizing, the stones made it more difficult. Arsen is as wonderful as they come. Your will not regret coming to this staff with any needs!! I never go anywhere else!!

Love Elegant Jewelers! My husband and I got both of our wedding bands and my engagement ring there and they were so pleasant to work with, I am also always getting compliments on the clarity of my ring! My husband got a platinum wedding band (very difficult to melt down) and he lost some weight so he needed to size down and they were so nice about it, charged a very reasonable price, and they were able to resize it in a week! I would absolutely use Elegant Jewelers again and again!

Only jeweler I trust! I came in looking for an engagement ring with a specific style in mind and Mike was able to make it all come to life. Mike and Ardsen spent so much time helping me pick out the diamond. Their honestly and patience were top notch especially because I was extremely picky and wanted it to be perfect. I have never left a review but this is called for. bought a bracelet for my wife from them and it constantly gets loose and falls off within 24 hours. After the third time I brought it back and the owner Mike tightens it himself and by next day it falls off.
So we bring it back Mike sends it out, calls us a week later and tells us there is nothing wrong as per his jeweler. He tells us this is normal and to put lock tight on the screws!!! Really so now if you put to much on, it is on for life. So now it will sit in a drawer bc this jeweler refuses to make right by us. So if you are buying here

I was in the market for a certain high end watch and had a watch to trade. Anthony was able to make modifications to create exactly what I wanted. My watch is beautiful and I can't say enough about the service I got and the fairness of the price. (including the trade-in). It was difficult for him during this work stoppage but he and his dad pulled it off. I had dealt with him before so I was confident that although delayed, I would get my perfect watch. I highly recommend Elegant Jewelers very highly to anyone that is looking for an excellent and honest jeweler.

In response to Mike at elegant jewelers. We did speak to the Manager above Roxanne and he denied us and said he was going to reuse the platinum while knowing this was my original engraved wedding band and she was told she would get it back.
Tosay that I am disappointed in the service of this establishment is a massive understatement. They lost my husband and I as customers and we would never recommend them to anyone. My husband and I wanted to enhance my wedding band as a gift. We came in with my platinum ring and Roxanne provided us with a price that they would use the diamonds

Was looking for a reasonably priced jeweler that can do a custom ring from my own design. My cousins in NY use these guys all the time so I decided to give it a try, even though I live out of state. From start to finish, the transaction. Took a smooth 3 weeks. 1 conversation over the phone, texted the sketch of the ring design, 3 weeks later the ring was live and in color on my door step. At a half the price others wanted for it. Mike communicated every step of the way, updating me when the ring was designed and being shipped out. It turned out just gorgeous! Will do business with them again!

Well I believe I just found my new go to Jewelers for repairs and possibly a purchase. This establishment is located in the Patchogue King Kullen shopping center. Parking is ample.
Walked in and was immediately greeted by staff. I expressed that I was only there for repair and was very pleased that they did not attempt to persuade me to purchase jewelry. Several customers were looking at show cases and I did not here anyone being pressured.
Shop was clean and spacious for a small business.
Love the elegant chandelier and the beautiful show cases.
Best part to me was that jewelry repair
