Glenwood Acupuncture is based on the premise that our bodies and minds require harmony and balance to function optimally, it is a system that enables many different ailments to reduce and resolve. What it is - Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy is a treatment in which safe, low frequency therapeutic magnetic fields are applied to the body through comfortable padding. PEMF therapy can be thought of as a way to recharge the little cellular batteries that are hard at work all day throughout your body.
What it is - Low Level Laser therapy is using light to deliver photons (little packets of energy) to the cells creating better overall function. Playing contact sports when I was younger and sitting at a keyboard 40+ hours a week has taken its toll on me, my shoulder, and my upper back. I feel I have accelerated recovery when coming here, whether its magnetic therapy or direct acupuncture related methods, from neck pains to joint pains on my legs recovery seems to be much faster when visiting Glenwood Acupuncture. I play sports on a regular basis, I am around 40 years old, I would definitely recommend, especially for athletes.

I began working on back pain and had great success quickly. All staff members are very professional and welcoming. I was given the opportunity to borrow two lazers for healing when I broke my thumb and they helped me a LOT. In additon, I was treated for knee pain due to a skiing injury. All the methods and tactics used on me are excellent for many reasons. I HIGHLY recommend Glenwood Acupuncture to anyone and encourage it specifically because I had no prior knowledge of anything related to the techniques they use before i stepped foot in the office. They get a ten out of TEN in my book. Namaste

There is nothing more important to me than my physical ability to keep moving. I have so much I like to do. I feel like I have found the best way to keep myself going by finding Glenwood Acupuncture. Riz is so determined to find ways to help if he can and he is very knowledgeable about his field and what is available. Riz is great!! Accupuncture is invasive by nature, but Riz is on top of his skillset. You want someone who knows what they are doing and you can trust. I have been working with Riz for at least five (5) years. I will continue to work with him..it takes time and patience to get the right/better outcome. I had pulled a muscle in my knee going up some steps. I had mentioned it to my Chiropractor who also specialized in physical therapy. However, I was interested in accupucture and shared my problem with Riz. He treated it with accupuncture. My chiropractor asked me about me knee some time later. He

I initially started treatment with Riz for allergies 3 years ago. Since then Riz has also alleviated my knee pain, supported my immune system, supported my mental health, and prevented me from having respiratory flare ups during the winter. Now my entire family sees him. My insurance doesn’t cover acupuncture or PEMF so we pay out of pocket and it is worth every dollar spent. I highly recommend Riz to anyone seeking optimal health.

Riz is without a doubt the best acupuncturist in the game. When I first went to see him I was suffering from severe back pain exacerbated from lifting and overall physical and mental stress. He took his time to not only help me remedy my pain but also to explain to me the process of what he was doing and educate me on how it would help. I appreciated his attention to detail, care, and willingness to educate me. I feel so much better after visiting Riz’s clinic (back pain completely gone!!!) and will certainly be going back when I feel like I need to realign my body.
