We will not quote a price of construction based on a square foot cost estimate (which is common with production builders) as your home is unique.
We can build your home for any cost you wish; but until we discuss your expectations, there is no accurate way to give you a generalized price. We start by asking the homeowner what style of home and which location they are looking to build. If the homeowner has no plans selected, we will assist in selecting a home plan or work with a home designer in creating a new custom plan exclusively for them.

We are currently building a new house with Valere. It should be completed within a few weeks. We talked to 5 builders before we chose Valere. Valere has been great. They are easily accessible and they deliver a high quality product. We had a bad experience with a previous builder, so we stayed very involved with the building process and we are very satisfied. Any issues that came up were easily and quickly resolved. Would highly recommend.

We’ve been in our custom home for 2 months and we absolutely love it. We had never built a new home before and had a LOT of questions. Charles was patient and extremely helpful. He understood that we had a specific vision and a specific budget in mind. He was a great resource to help us find alternatives when our wants exceeded our budget. There were times that communication could’ve been better, but I’m sure that would be the case with any builder. Overall Valere Homes was the best choice to build our beautiful custom home. We have referred many friends to them and will continue to do so

Bravo Valere Homes! You've given us a beautiful place to call home. From the start of the building process to the end, Charles and team worked one on one with us. They laid out their estimate in an incredibly detailed book, and having software that allowed us to pick choices, edit them, and make changes added to the ease of this home-building journey. Their communication was excellent and the processes streamlined. Even after living in our house for a year, they have moved quickly to address the very few warranty items (ie. Nail heads popping which is completely normal). Thank you for taking pride

We cannot say enough good things about Valere as the contractor for our new home. They went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
