Bed Bugs 🤢🤮. I stayed in Room 51. The manager informed me that he'd give me a whole FREE Month stay at the SkyLark. Thanks!! And yes he's very rude and hateful. The other employees that work there are very nice and polite. They don't take anything personal, they just do their jobs. I took pictures of the bed bugs. I also called the police and made a police report. And I contacted the Human Services department.

The heat and tv worked. Not worth the money the door was all broken the microwave was dirty and the mini fridge was freezing my food. Need was okay that bathroom could use a new toilet seat and a shower head.

Called and never answered the phone keep ringing and ringing never came to the phone it was very bizzy and they sick with the service and was to high price

Checked in originally to stay for a short time while waiting on our flight.
We got upgraded to room 101 and well. Let’s say it was worth it. Ended up staying a couple more hours but checked out the same day.
Room was really nice, thank you for the upgrade and the great room next to the airport.

Rooms are shabby on the second floor. Smoke alarm went off on hallway three times overnight causing us to call front desk and ask if there was a fire and was told that there was too much cigarette smoke and that it happens occasionally! How they knew that was the situation a mere seconds before we were connected to front desk I have no idea! Made me very nervous and incapable of restful sleep because I wasn't sure if the alarms were going off from cigarettes or if someone threw a lit cigarette in the garbage or if it was even arson!

Do not waste your money here. Very unprofessional staff. The ladies in registration were drinking beer in the office The rooms are dirty, very ghetto! Too much noise from people going in and out the hallways. Very disturbing. Honestly It was a disgusting experience. They didn’t want to issue a refund, yet their rooms were trash! Waste of money!
