I have to say this has been the best experience I’ve had with any print company. I would highly recommend using Archie Press. They work efficiently and customer service is great. I had sent my label design for print and within an hour I had a final proof for my review and I was able to pick up my labels the same day.

Over the past 3 or so months I've used ArchiPress for my business cards as well as the printing needs of some of my other clients like flyers, branded pens and cups and even for book binding.
The owner and designers there are very friendly, responsive and collaborative. I was able to pick up my business cards 2 days after I submitted the proof. Bigger projects never took longer than a week.
Their quality is always on point. They're a great, local print shop.

The final quality was good, in the end. What wasn't good was the dropped balls and failed communication at every point along the way. After many mistakes, the company did nothing above and beyond to make it right. I got my order well after my deadline due to their mistakes. The business owner contributed nothing to the resolution, nor an apology.

Stay Away...These people have the worst customer service and designers on staff. They have very limited English including the owner Rita and because of this mistakes occurred and there goes the dispute process. Not willing to help with problems. Not sure these people have been in business for the amount of time they claim. The quality of card stock and flyers we received compared to what we ordered and agreed upon was not right and they also disputed. I would never recommend such a company.
