I ordered a custom sign, and it came out great. Couldn't be happier with there knowledge and time. Highly recommend Arron, he's quick on good decision tips. Mostly importantly happy Mother's Day to the owner of felts print shop. 5 stars in honesty and craftsmanship.

I have been going to Felt's Printing for over 10 years now and they have always come through. I am an event decorator and designer so I am constantly requesting unique and fully custom designed backdrop props, welcome signs, invitations, favor tags, place cards, dessert table cards, and the list is never ending! No matter how challenging my request has been they have not only figured a way to do but it has also been top quality work. Their staff is very friendly and very attentive to my clients needs.

Wonderful service! I looked to a few other printing services and all of them were unable to help me out. I had a deadline to have our logo printed on tumblers for our employee appreciation party within a week! I understood that it was so last minute and I was starting to give up hope that we would be able to pursue this project. I found Felt's Printing online and since they were local I decided to call. Awesome people to work with. Aaron's the guy to talk to her helped me with my sign and also electrical problem. I had them do my sign fir one of my shops and then I went with them with my other shop also. Really nice people family owned. I recommend them a lot. Any more signs I need I know who to call

Let me start off this review by saying This is not my first experience with them and that I have used them for a few years in the past but now the shop is in complete dismay. The people there are nice and kind but that's where it ends. Their service has now gotten miserably slow and unprofessional.
I submitted artwork and gave them a call the same day to schedule a job to be done that same week. I called them on Monday and spoke to Chris and one of the owners and said I would need it by Friday. Chris the graphic designer seems like a chill guy and the two owners as well and the staff. But

I have been going to Felts printing from almost three years now. Diana is great lady with good customer service and always make sure you are happy. Job is done always on time. Rebecca is the one works on my project most of the time and she make sure it is done within time manner. Will definitely recommend to anyone. They are affordable and one stop sign, printing shop.
Update: Their prices hiked so much. Almost double what I was paying about a year ago. I understand change price go up 3% to 5% in a year but it is almost 50% hike within year. Otherwise they still good.

I love this printing shop!! I'm so glad I found them! I printed out my wedding invitation from here!
First, when I arrived, I saw how happy employees are and because they are happy, they were all super nice and friendly to customers. And I realized that they are all family and it's a family owned company.
They didn't even charge extra for thicker papers like other printing shops and they made sure I was happy with the quality. They first printed out the sample and cut them to show me if I like it and they also showed me different options with different papers.

Deanna , Martin and staff were exceptionally helpful. last minute they received a call from me and offered to help me print my final without any fee penalties, just a pure act of kindness. My poster for fashion illustration was 20x30 and most places require a week. I was referred to them by ASAP printing , the community involvement and businesses helping one another is what drives more customers. I used them for printing letterheads for my business last year. They were quick and were very competitively priced. Everything was done in house and they are nice and friendlypeople.
Recently I needed some flyers for an event. I used them again and they printed my flyers within 4 hrs!!!
I love the fact that it is small and family owned. I always know whom I am talking to.
