Very straightforward and honest with what packages get you what results. Love love love the results so far. Sean was VERY helpful and customer centric in showing which levels look like on a real application. Service only took 1.5 hours/2 hours max. I went on the middle of the weekday.

My family members have used Alta Mere several times before, so I went there to get dark tinting removed from a truck I bought. The service writer was very courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me a very reasonable quoute. I was able to move my appointment up with no problem. The work was done quickly, professionally.

When arriving at my appointment time, I learned that they didn’t have me on their calendar. Nevertheless, the guys got me right in and were done in about a half hour. Was impressed with the quick turnaround and the staff knowledge. I expected a sticker or tape on the window buttons to remind me to leave them up for several days, but that wasn’t the case. I used blue masking tape myself. I do recommend the place

Called in advance for ceramic tint on all windows except the windshield , took about two hours. Reasonable prices for quality uv protection films. 35% tint in front and 5% in the back, even though the tint is dark from the outside , the ceramic plus tint is semi-clear from the inside.

After owning my Lexus here in Texas a few years and passing all inspections, the state of Texas decided that the tint on my two front windows were too dark. Alta Mere did a great job removing the illegal tint from both windows and replacing them with legal tint. The whole process from start to finish with Alta Mere was very no-fuss and everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful - plus their work came with a lifetime warranty. At my last inspection, the same Lexus failed another inspection two years AFTER the first fail because the state of Texas NOW noticed/decided/whatever that the windshield
