Mike is the man! He runs a great business, my wife was two days out of surgery our ac died & we got a quote. It was outrageous & a minimum of three to four days out, they could get to it after this heat wave. Not much help there.

If you live in Wisconsin or Illinois furnaces are a necessity. I mean, come on, sometimes we have to use them all the way up until June! We primarily offer the Single stage version of this unit. However we also can provide a 3 stage but we feel that to be unnecessary for this climate zone. We all know that the winters out here in Wisconsin & Illinois are far worse than the summers. That being said, our RUUD product line features new aesthetic design, with lower noise production, & greater serviceability to allow for easier maintenance.
This zone system works by installing electronic dampers in your existing duct, and a control board that is mounted externally on the plenum. You can have multiple zones as well as multiple thermostats per zone. This is basically a mini-split system but does not necessarily mean its only a mini-split.
Depending on the age of the building, most commercial heating applications are done by either rooftop units or boilers. We understand how crucial it is to keep these units running as they could make or break storage of products or workflow. The key to preventing major stoppages is preventative maintenance.
