I will NEVER use this place again. I had a 8:30 appointment for an airbag recall. It's 4:00 and NOTHING. I called the place and they said that they were having issues with installing the bag. Initially, they sent me a text that said if I have any questions, I coukd use the number to text them and get a response. I texted twice and no response.

This review is in regards to the service department. I recently bought a new truck from this dealership and after the first month I started having mechanical issues with it. I contacted the service department which had me on hold for 40 minutes just to tell me they couldn’t give me an appointment for 3 weeks. I spoke to Jason who told me to bring it down for the repair and he would give me a rental vehicle which I had requested and he agreed to. I arrived on the day of my appointment and he told me he couldn’t give me a rental so I had to re-schedule my appointment because I wasn’t able to

This is specifically regarding Tony, he’s terrible and made us not want to purchase a car here.
He asked my sister what car she drove since she was very enthusiastic about getting a Daytona charger she had a Prius c (this is the one she had for college to save $ ) and she was finally ready to get her dream car… once she replied he hit her with his paper on her shoulder where he was writing down our info and said “oh that’s cute” and then was adamant to want to run her credit before giving us any numbers while hinting he couldn’t give her anything because her credit score might be too

Thanks to Reader and the team for being up front with us through each step of the process and by hearing our concerns along the way about things we disagreed with.
