Love Pennington friendly fast services.....We had 4 electric bill over $600. We had a HVAC company come out which they did clean the debris out of the outside unit also required feron and explaining to them We had been experiencing these high bills they ignored what I was telling them and said it was just hot. I told the ac tech again even last year our ac bill was less than half that cost and the heat index was way higher last year then this year. So thats when I did a Google search looked for a 5 star rating and who was open as this time which was around 5pm when I was calling. Pennington Home

I had called out a local, larger company to fix my non working AC. They quoted me a ridiculous amount of money. I called Pennington and they quoted over half the price for the repair and fixed it immediately. He was courteous, professional and even did a follow up call to make sure everything stayed in working order. If you’re not unsure who to call. Call these guys. They do great, reliable work. These guys are amazing. Our AC went out over the weekend which is not fun during a Texas summer in August. Josh made time early this morning after two other contractors failed to show up. Josh identified the problem, made the necessary repairs and made some other suggestions all for less than $200 and in less than an hour. We could not be happier.
