This is the 2nd time I used royal flush. The first time I had a guy snake my kitchen sink, ended up working out fine but he ripped my rug in the process. No big deal, it’s old and I was gifted it. The second time a few days ago they came to snake my main line. After being told what we have already had done the preceded to do the same thing that was already done before. When they left my situation was worse, not better. Was told I’d receive a call in regards to what to do next and never received that call. Instead of asking me to move anything in their way they decided to unplug a wax warmer
