Listen to Radio La Nueva 1020 AM on Wednesday mornings at 8:30am to listen to our experienced attorneys offer information on our immigration system and answer questions from the listening audience. Our attorneys provide free consultations at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church on Wednesday afternoons. Please contact the church if you would like to schedule a consultation.
Whether your goal is to live permanently in the United States or to work here temporarily, whether you are an undocumented worker, a high-powered executive, or a citizen marrying your foreign fianc, Curley Immigration Law has the experience to help you. Since 1999, our attorneys have helped clients across the full spectrum of immigration issues.
The U.S. immigration system is comprised of a complex web of intricate laws and vast bureaucratic agencies, each with its own rules, regulations and policies. Applying for a visa takes more than sending forms to USCIS. The U.S. government places strict requirements on qualifications and outlines inflexible procedures for filing.
Our attorneys monitor each case the firm tries for potential points of appeal, ensuring any errors against us are preserved for post-trial relief, and that we are prepared to defend rulings in our favor. Our appellate attorneys have the legal knowledge needed to handle briefing and oral arguments before the Immigration Court and federal appellate courts throughout the United States.
