Perhaps the greatest thing about BizConnector is the support. Whenever I have issues, the creator responds to my questions within a day or so. However that support would be worth nothing if the product were lacking, but it delivers with all the features we need in a drip marketing solution, for just a tiny fraction of the cost of more all-encompassing inbound marketing tools like Hubspot or Pardot.

We'll never give it up. I have been using BizConnector for years. At first they were one of the few players that allowed you send time delayed emails using Salesforce.com. Since then other players have come up with drip campaign tools. They may have more features but they are not intuitive and usually way over priced.

Born as a product developed from 2005, BizConnector is the brand that houses Lead Follow-Up, and future 'rule-based' products. BizConnector started off as 'a web-based email communication tool that enables 'contextual interaction' with recipients, addressing the needs of companies seeking to cultivate their customers and grow their businesses by using the latest web technologies to manage marketing campaigns in an intelligent way'.
BizConnector / Lead Follow-Up is deeply integrated with salesforce.com. Despite the word "lead" in the name, it works with leads, contacts, opportunities, accounts, tasks, and custom objects. Once you have created your templates and rules, BizConnector is watching your database - without you having to do anything.
Add questions to your HTML email content - the questions appear directly in the body of the email message. Easily inserted without any programming. Recipient responses update Salesforce records automatically - in real time. This built-in feedback mechanism enables closed-loop marketing. For example, a recipient's response can cause a new rule to fire, enabling a new email sequence or other action.
But BizConnector goes way beyond that. Launch a series of follow-up steps for the recipient based on their click-through behavior. Offer a special promotion or money back guarantee to prospects who open an initial email you send, but fail to respond to your campaign. Send registration reminders to people who open an invitation to your webinar, seminar or other event, but haven't yet signed up to attend.
You can ensure that targeted emails are sent, by crafting the rule conditions to match the scenarios in your business, and applying targeted content. So emails with content related to a warm rating are sent - via Rule 1 - to recipients that are marked in Salesforce as "Warm". And emails with content related to a cool rating are sent - via Rule 2 - to recipients that are marked in Salesforce as "Cool".
