The windows looked great but wasn't as I expected it on the STC rating part of it since I live right next to the airport and did emphasized during my quoting process. And one of the window that is a single hung keep having rain water sit inside the sill creating a pool until it dries out on its own. But overall, I am still happy for these windows.

Online order was easy. I had a question about the grid and called up, they were just going to call about my order, and they could accommodate the grid pattern I needed. Highly recommend. I had a fantastic experience. Window was very affordable and came exactly as described/promised. Customer service was exceptional. I received a very professional follow up call after I placed the order to confirm all the details. Follow up communications via email and phone regarding completion of order and instructions for pickup were great. Window actually arrived earlier than was promised and warehouse staff was very friendly, helpful and professional when I picked it up.

Wow, Derek Baker with the windowestore was absolutely AMAZING!! I ordered replacement windows for nonstandard-sized rough openings. I followed their instructions for measuring replacement windows and they made the windows to the exact size ordered. I asked for delivery to a local warehouse and it was a good experience. Windows received are of high quality and ready for installation. Customer service was great and they kept me informed of all the details for my order. I was able to get the windows that I needed ordering online and saved a lot of money by doing the installation myself.

I ordered a trial window to replace a single pane window from 1950 in my kitchen. It took a few weeks, but I brought it home at 9:30 this morning and I was done with the whole job by 11. Removing the old storm window mounting screws was the longest part of the job. It literally only took 15 minutes to install the new one. I still need to do some molding around it, but I'm very pleased with the product. Way easier than going through a big box store, and saved a ton of cash by installing it myself. I'll definitely be ordering more windows as I can afford it to replace all my old windows
