When I went shopping for home and auto insurance last year, I wanted lower rates than I was then paying and better coverage. A tall order...but Joe did it all for me. ( Because he is an independent agent, he has numerous insurance companies to choose from.) He placed me with a great carrier that saved me hundreds of dollars AND provided much… better coverage than I had with another major ins. carrier. When I had a loss recently (over $10,000 sewer line broken under the street and NO, the city of Fresno does NOT cover it) I found my policy DID, thanks to Joe's exceptional care for his clients

We've had a fantastic experience! Our insurtance quote came in significantly lower than what we were paying with AAA. Joe felt like a friend who wanted our best rather than a salesman. He encouraged us to consider a 'home systems protection and service line' and I am SOOOO grateful! A month after our home purchase, the AC went out and we were able to have it covered! A BRAND NEW air conditioner that would have been $5,000 out of pocket was about $500. Check them out. Good people. Personable. THey think about their customer first!

We had a good rate with this insurance. However, when the emergency came and I needed at least roadside assistance, the insurance told me I dont have roadside assistance even though we asked the agent Joe to add roadside assistance long before the emergency. It was so inconvenient. And then when I was cancelling the insurance, they gave me a hard time. I had to keep contacting them just so they would cancel it. Horrible experience. I would never get insurance here ever again.

I can contact joe anytime by email and he always responds in a timely manner and has always understood what i needed and what needed to be done. has access to docusign so documents can be signed online. have had auto insurance for several years and never had an issue. always helpful when i want to get new quotes to make sure i have the appropriate coverage and best cost.
