Located a short walk from both downtown and the SOU campus, we offer two private, quiet and comfortable suites, with either one or two bedrooms available. Units have private entrances, off street parking, WIFI, entertainment centers, and either a full kitchen or a kitchenette. Exit I-5 at exit 19. Turn right on Valley View Rd.
Follow it to the end, then turn left onto highway 99. 99 will turn into Main st as you approach Ashland. Drive all the way through downtown and continue straight as the road turns into Siskiyou Blvd. About 1/2 mile past the end of downtown, turn right from Siskiyou Blvd on to Liberty St. It is right before Triangle Park.

Maple Apartment!!! It's a 2 bedroom, 2 floor, 2 bathroom, fantastic place with a living room and a mini-kitchen. For this price, we'll be stopping in Ashland a lot more, and always booking at the Ashland Tudor House. Quaint place, super clean, nice short walk to beautiful downtown Ashland, and your own private entrance where you may or may not ever run into the owners, who are super nice. Strongly recommended!

We stayed here last summer and were disappointed. The atmosphere felt like we were in someone else's home, but not in a nice cozy way ... more like we were interuppting. While the room was clean there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Nothing special - not the room, not the breakfast, and certainly not the price.

The house is a short walk from the theaters, on a quiet street. There is a nice patio for breakfast and lunch on warm days, and a cozy reading room for the guests. I stayed at this location when it was the Victory House, which was nice enough with WWII memorabilia. However, I prefer the current decor, Jan's floral watercolors and quilts. I've stayed at more than a dozen B&Bs in Ashland, but now that I found this place, I don

This is a hidden gem of a deal in Ashland. It's just a little less expensive than all the other B&Bs around town, and I almost didn't book reservations, because I wanted to know why.
Glad I took the chance: it was awesome. Stayed in the Rose room - it was super clean, warm and inviting, and had plenty of towels in the large bathroom. The owners are very friendly, breakfast was very good, and it's just a nice space. There are snacks you can help yourself to throughout the day, board games, books, and a piano for your entertainment, and a computer you can use. The owners also
