Don't waste your money! I paid for the lab work and the pellet and the B12 injections and the appetite suppressant and I got taken. I brought a copy of the labs they did to my primary doctor and she was appalled because my levels were all normal yet cratos convinced me they were low and sold me on the expensive pellet and the other crap. Go through your regular doctor, don't waste all your money here!

Since posting my initial review, I have received a full refund. After speaking to Steve, I'm convinced that my situation is not reflective of how they do normal business. Being a small business when things happen, often the resources to fall back on are very limited. I'm all about second chances, and have changed my review to a 5 and would return to this location.

So DISAPPOINTING! I bought a Living Social deal for weight loss and had my office visit 10 days ago. I was not weighed or measured by anyone and had a brief visit with a doctor. He was nice and we had a pleasant conversation. He told me to focus on higher protein meals. I was given a brown paper bag, the same my kids take their school lunch in, that had four syringes and small bottle of pills. The label on the pills was definitely made on the office printer. No follow up was scheduled and I was scooted out the door. I reached out to them with no response. I have followed their guidelines

Sent an email asking questions regarding services. Left message as well. No one took the time to return any message. If someone does not return a call or an email typically its because they do not care. This to me, is an indication of how they might treat their clients.
