I always receive prompt service and friendly faces greet you when you step through the door . They are willing to help with minor details as well as big repairs. Everyone I've dealt with is respectful and courteous. They even provide me a ride to get my vehicle once repairs are finished.

Buckley's tire & brake is awsome. Few years ago we had an old minivan that needed a new part. Since we did not want to spend a lot of money, he utilized a used part but it was giving him trouble and he was willing to order the part 3 different times to make sure it worked properly. Didn't charge me any more for than what he originally quoted me even though he had to put a lot more time into the work. He really is willing to go the extra mile to take care of his customer s.

The lug nuts on the left front wheel of my wife's van came off as she was passing through Horseheads on her way back home to Binghamton on a Friday night. I drove out and we managed to get the vehicle to Buckleys because it was close to the exit. I didn't know anything about them. I left the keys in the drop box with a plea that they try to get a look at it as soon as possible. The took it in first thing on Monday, fixed the wheel and the damage for a reasonable price. I was able to drive back out and pick it up on Monday. Contrast that with the local Ford dealer here in Binghamton where my Focus
